Remember though it is hard for one to do the things they have need of to do when there is no support, if your family does indistinguishable things your dad does on a daily baisis it will be easier for him to stick to what he needs to do, and every one will grain good about them selves.

the best thing to do is hold stress down and incorporate some daily excercise in. stir up to him and ask him to go for a nice walk. zilch rigorous, just walk and address. it calms the body down while getting some light cardio within.
