Info on High Cholesterol?
Hi all, I have a friend who have had a test for soaring cholesterol, she hasnt had her results back but but she is sure that she will have high cholesterol as her Dad have recently been told he have it. She is getting really stressed about this and I dont really know what I can say to unemotional her down and comfort her.
Does anyone have any information on how this will affect her if she has big cholesterol, how she can manage it and how serious it is?

Recent studies have established that there is little correlation between cholesterol level and the risk of heart attacks/disease etc. There are plenty of things people can do the keep their cholesterol level in check like making sure they munch through a good diet with lots of inbred whole foods and no junk food, especially sugar. Its also essential to hold fat in your diet as the ethnic group who eat the highest level of fart in the world are the ones with the lowest level of heart disease. Why do people have to manufacture dramas out of everything these days?
I was diagnosed with soaring cholesterol about a year ago. It is being controlled by a single tablet a afternoon but I have been advise to lower the fat intake in my diet so no actual hardship. A friend was also diagnosed near it at about the same time and she be not put on any medication but was given a diet that reduced it and it is now stable. Tell your friend it is not really anything to verbs about, be glad it has be diagnosed and that it should not change their life at adjectives.
