-(easy type question)- is her difficulty of breathing related to hypertension?
-a 17 y/o, female and obese (height of 5 ft. 5 in, & wt. of 92.6 kg) be crying before she went to emergency room at the hospital and that claims she have high pressure. 160/110 went 140/90. After checking BP, sub lingual (captopril) is given. Temp is 36.9C-normal. Another couple of hours olden, BP went down to 130/80.
-history of patient: Active tie up smoker for 6years up to now and a drinker-occasionally, have asthma when still infant (but according to kinfolk doctor-no longer asthmatic), grandmother's history having hypertension and heart failure
-in the hospital's each day routine tests- ECG:normal, RBS:118, CBC:normal, PregTest:unenthusiastic.
-After so many procedures, the patient told that she get NERVOUS that's why she doesn't know what she's saying really. She feels dizzy and that they give her an oxygen due to difficulty of breathing.
-Is her difficulty of breathing related to what?

I'd say depression and anxiety. Why?
First off, why is her blood pressure so lofty? What is causing the anxiety for this girl to smoke so much at her age and drink? You said she is 17yo female.
Just because you give me a little hx of the pt. It doesn't give me ample to make a clear answer. There could be underlying medical conditions. Just because you say her ECG, RBC, CBC be normal, you never told me if you ran a CT or MRI. Did you check a urine? Give a mini-mental exam? There are plentiful things you've left out.
