Lower Cholesterol easily vs medication?
I have high cholesterol and my I own heard of some serious side effects from using statin drugs to lower cholesterol (liver damage, muscle aching and weakness, etc). I am getting some good results using Cholesture - a colloquial supplement that uses plant based phyosterols - and a garlic supplement.
My question can like side effects from the statin drugs still happen with the colloquial supplements I am taking. They seem to achieve matching thing with a different components.
Any answers much appreciated!
