How would i know if i enjoy cholesterol?
Answers:
Go to your doctor and hold blood testing done they will do a lipid profile which will give you your cholesterol.
First, everyone HAS cholesterol, but I assume you mean High Cholesterol.
The lone way is a blood test that you doctor wishes to order. Then you go to the lab, they draw some blood, do adjectives the tests he has indicated on the form he will afford you to give to the lab, and in usually 1 or 2 days, your doctor will know the results. Be sure to ask him if he will exam for both LDL (bad) and HDL (good.)
I hope this answers your question. I just have mine done recently, so that's how I know. Good luck
Dyslipidemia is elevation of plasma cholesterol and/or TGs or a low HDL level that contributes to the development of atherosclerosis. Causes may be primary (genetic) or inferior. Diagnosis is by measuring plasma levels of total cholesterol, TGs, and individual lipoproteins. Treatment is dietary change, exercise, and lipid-lowering drugs.
There are no symptoms. Possible complications of high cholesterol include:
* Atherosclerosis
* Coronary artery disease
* Stroke
* Heart attack or death.

Trust me, you do. Everyone has cholesterol, or lipids (fat) surrounded by their blood. There is good cholesterol that keeps you hearty, and cholesterol that in excess can contribute to heart disease, arteriosclerosis, clots, etc. Go to a doc and get a blood assessment to find out what your cholesterol levels are. I am a 30 year old woman, fit, on form with no problems and mine is about 150. Cholesterol to be precise too low can be as big of a problem as too high cholesterol. You have HDL's (high density lipids) and LDL's (low density lipids) and triglycerides.
Everyone has cholesterol. You'd know if you have high bad cholesterol if you go to the doctor and got a blood test. If you hold a diet high in fat or a family history of high cholesterol, you're more credible to have it.
A fastin lipid profile wants to be ordered by your doctor.
Everyone has cholesterol. A blood test would determine what portion of yours is accurate or bad.
