"can the blood pressure rise after jog?"?

The normal range of blood pressure is 120/80. Can it run higher after a jog or a brisk wander. If yes, what should be the normal range?
Answers:
You shouldn't put that in mind if you are not already suffering from a problem in the blood pressure.
oh perhaps it could glibly but knows, who knows conceivably your docotor know ask your doctor
Actually the supreme "book" bp is 120/80. Now most people will be higher or lower next that. You should have a higher bp after you work out or excersize. When i be in school to be an emt our instructer have us run up and down some stairs and then take out partner bp to show it go up. If your bp get much over ABOUT 160/100 next you should rest. Rember tho that it will varry from person to person. If your overly worried roughly it talk to your Dr. about what a protected range is for YOU. Source(s): NREMT registerd EMT-B
It should progress up after exercise.
