you probably have low blood sugar. do you go short eating for a long period of time. I own to eat breakfast then at 9am consequently noon then 3 afterwards dinner & might even have some nuts or something at night...If you enjoy this don't fool around with it. I used to try not to eat much when I be younger but it got worst with age & I am very soon 50 with diabetes. This meals are small but hygienic & they actually keep you from purchase wait cause youa re never hungry.
It is probably low blood pressure and/or low blood sugar. The same entry happens to me and I've even fainted a few times (it tend to happen when I am overheated and dehyrated or hungry). My family be concerned and asked me to see the doctor. My doctor did tests and said it was freshly low blood pressure and that I shouldn't worry about it, it is not a risk to my condition at all. In fact, he said that I don't ever hold to worry about have a stroke! Lol. It's nothing to be concerned about, freshly don't let yourself faint similar to me! If you feel dizzy and everything goes black and it doesn't pass by in a few seconds, SIT DOWN. Trust me, drawing for a time bit of attention to yourself by sitting suddenly is nowhere near as embarrassing as faint in the middle of public and having everyone variety a scene!
FYI The last time I had my blood pressure taken it be 110 over 59. "Normal" is 120 over 80.
If you are really concerned about it, see your doctor just to set your mind at lighten.
dizziness is a symptom of a lot of things. You can't diagnose anything based on the appearance of dizziness. If you want it to stir away then increase your electrolyte count by drinking some gatorade everyday for a week or so...
Are you consumption right? you could be lacking in something not sure just about low blood pressure just because I think it would be more serious but to me it seem like your not getting a vitamin or enough of one. I might be reaching far but could you be pregnant?
Definitely discuss to your doctor specially since its been persisting. Getting satisfactory sleep?
It sure sounds like low blood pressure - the bottom number must be around 60 to cause this type of problem. Take your time standing up. Low blood pressure is a problem for me also. I've found that increasing my sodium intake and making sure I stay hydrated save the problem in check. But, before you be in motion nodding uh huh, I thought so - I strongly suggest you make a doctor's appointment to get checked out. I don't want to frighten you, but you could enjoy something rather seriously wrong with you. The headache of the last 2 days are what concerns me most. Get it checked out! Far better safe, than sorry. Best of luck to you.
