Do you ruminate my blood pressure monitor is still accurate?
ive had this relion monitor for 8 years now is it time for a exotic one or do you think this one is still accurate? i don't ever check my BP at the store just here at home, so i don't know if its accurate or not bring its so old, do these things go discouraging or what?

Take your BP Reading. 120/90 as you know is normal. Assume, you draw from 130/100 that is higher by 10 Hg mm. Count your Pulse Rate. Assume 70 Beats is regular. For 130/100 BP Rating, your Pulse Rate should also be higher by 10 Beats per minute. I mean for every 10 mm of Mercury Rising within the Instrument, your Heart Rate/ Pulse Rate will also go up. This as you know is not a good method, newly gives approximates. Therefore, please get your instrument calibrate at least once a year.
