No. There's "good" oil and bad ones. Good ones include olive oil, almond and the cold-pressed ones. Bad ones include canola, beef overweight, polyunsaturated.
Look up LDLs and HDLs and learn the difference between them.
Stay away from SOY OIL, CANOLA OIL ALL polyunsaturated vegetable oil.
Stick to HEALTHY saturated animal and tropical fats.
Beef tubby from grass fed beef is VERY healthy.
These anti cholesterol proposition persons are telling you they obtain it better than mother nature.
Olive oil is best COLD. but it is NOT as appropriate for you as COCONUT OIL, BEEF FAT
