Greetings!
The cheapest most effective way is a day by day dose of 325mg aspirin, and 250 mg of slo niacin.
The aspirin prevents cells from sticking and the Niacin raises the Good Cholesterol which within turns lowers the bad.
You don't need to spend profoundly of money to do this, trust me.
Good Luck

I'm not trying to preach to anyone here, but within all honesty, I am a vegan and my day by day intake of cholesterol is rarely over 10 mgs a day. The "suggested" amount of cholesterol one should consume surrounded by a day is 300 mgs or less.
Becoming a lacto-vegetarian should not necessarily be done just because you want a lower cholesterol level, so I might suggest something somewhat less drastic, yet still following indistinguishable basis.
First, any animal protien contributes to high cholesterol. You should try to rein in the amount of meats (especially red meat) that you eat, as all right as eggs. Dairy, of course also contains animal protiens, so you could limit that as in good health.
I am assuming that it would probably be most realistic for you to at least try to really keep a tight rein on one of these categories, then step from there.
Eat Oatmeal every morning
include oat bran to foods
Decrease red meat consumption
stop consuming Fast food
cook with Olive Oil
switch to 1/2% milk
no butter
no ice cream
increase exercise
cut out eggs cheese and cream - stop smoking - exercise more and drink a cup of red wine every day.
i dropped my from 180 (total) 125 (ldl) surrounded by 6 weeks to 150 (total) and 97 LDL by drinking orange juice the minute maid one beside the added palnt sterols the healthly heart one. I drank 8 oz. every morning. and about 3 times a week I had oatmeal. I don't munch through fried or fast food. now or back.
I take lipitor....lowered to highly acceptable levels....but I am exibiting side effects.
If you have high cholesterol you should modify your duration style to decrease the accumulative cardiovascular risk. So stopping smoking, losing weight, controlling your blood pressure and glucose and exercise. All these don't downsize cholesterol but reduces the chances if you have a heart attack or stroke. If your cholesterol is high it may be indicated to start medication.
Statins are the group of drugs recommended. They are so safe and important that they should be added to tap water!
Use respectable food habits. Avoid fatty food substances and do regular exercises.
Use Canola oil at home. This contains more of pious lipids and less of bad lipids.
You will be amazed at the drop in your cholesterol reading if you stir on a fat free diet. How about a drop from 250 to 170 contained by two weeks.
EAT CHEERIOS!!
