My total cholesterol is 154. Is that regular?

I had the wrong amount of total cholesterol in my final question. My triglycerides is 54 (60-210). HDL is 52 and my LDL is 92. HDL (35-55) LDL (0-100) Total cholesterol (110-200) Mine is 154.
the normal importance is 50-150mg/dl.
Less than 200 mg/dL
Desirable level that puts you at lower risk for coronary heart disease. A cholesterol level of 200 mg/dL or superior raises your risk.

You are fine as far as I know!
Your total Cholesterol is within everyday limits, while your HDL is high(^35 is good) your LDL is extremely high and that is to say the number which should concern you more. Triglycerides actual fluctuate daily and could be raised if you munch through sweets, fried food, as well as alcohol.
Since you have a domestic history of cardiac problems I would recommend a diet low in saturated overweight, it would be wise to eliminate fried foods but since you similar to them it would be very difficult.I would suggest balancing out your diet and one and only eat fried foods 3x's a week. Exercise will improve your LDL, by doing 20-30 minutes a week of continuous cardio exercise you will be capable of lower your LDL in 6-8 weeks.
You already have inheritance working against you, if you smoke try to quit, if you are over weight try and lose weight, do what ever you can to remodel that LDL and increase the HDL(also by exercise)
Good luck.
