i agree with renee. high blood pressure is call the silent killer for a reason. it can devastate your heart, vascular system and even kill you without alert. if you are having headaches and dizzyness consequently your pressure is way to high. own your bp checked frequently. Source(s): i am a nurse
Head aches, dizziness, etc. You can walk to any ER and they will check your BP for free.
I agree that headaches and dizziness can be signs of high blood pressure. But dignified blood pressure can be a very silent problem that doesn't have any visible signs or symptoms. My advice would be to regularly check your BP at the automated ones in stores. They can ebb and flow from monitor from monitor but if it suddenly changes you know there may be a problem and to enjoy it checked out.
