Kidney Dialysis, diarhhea, low blood pressure and fatigue?

My friends father has "Focal Segmental Glomular sclerosis" and he has low blood pressure frequently when he is done beside dialysis although they continue to give him 200mg of metoprolol and lisinopril every daytime. He also has chronic fatigue and diarhhea. His elecrolytes are being monitored from time to time per my mother but he is so tired. He have been on dialysis for 3 1/2 years now. Is diarhhea regular for dialysis patients?
